Learn the unique Afro-Brazilian martial art of Capoeira, blending movement, music, and self defence. Participants will improve fitness, flexibility, and rhythm while gaining self-confidence and teamwork skills. This course offers an ASDAN accreditation and culminates in a live performance.

Join in for an exciting and energetic experience!
